TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS: All of our products are handmade and hand-finished in the USA. Because of this process, each piece will show slight inherent variations. Our tiles are intended for wall and floor use, unless otherwise noted, in normal household traffic conditions.

LEAD TIME/SHIPPING: Our Aluminum and Bronze ‘Classic Collection’ designs are stocked and may ship as soon as same day. Call to verify inventory. Our pewter ‘Vintage Collection’ is made to order and usually ships within 3-5 business days. Call for availability. Shell Inlay products ship in 2-3 weeks. Above lead times do not include shipping time. Prices do not include shipping and handling. All orders will be shipped UPS ground, unless otherwise requested, and delivery time is not guaranteed.

INSPECTION & INSTALLATION: Always inspect your tiles before they are installed, as installation signifies acceptance. Any question regarding quality must be resolved before installation. Arizona Hot Dots will not be responsible for any problems that may arise from the installation or use of our products.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Arizona Hot Dots reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges. Variations from sample tiles, in color or dimensions, are not deemed cause for return. Please examine tiles immediately upon delivery. Arizona Hot Dots must receive any complaint in writing via fax or e-mail, within 5 days of delivery for returns or exchanges to be considered. Returns or exchanges are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% for stocked items and 35% for custom items if accepted. Arizona Hot Dots is not responsible for any damage and or injury resulting from any use or installation of Arizona Hot Dots products.

PAYMENT: Checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express accepted. Checks should be made to ‘Arizona Hot Dots’. All Payments are due upon receipt of order for approved accounts. All other accounts and larger orders may be subject to pre-payment requirements.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made to Arizona Hot Dots in writing via fax or e-mail within 24 hours of the original order.

CARING FOR METAL ACCENTS: Avoid acidic or harsh, abrasive chemicals for cleaning. Also do not use ammonia based cleaning products. Never use steel wool or a scouring pad, this will cause damage to the metal. To clean, use a soft cotton cloth or sponge, warm soapsuds or gentle dish detergent. Dry immediately after rinsing to eliminate spotting. When cleaning, be careful not to bring dots in contact with acidic or harsh, abrasive chemicals. INSTALLATION TIPS:

1. Use a professional, knowledgeable and experienced installer.

2. Depending on what type of tile, different types of latex modified thin sets are available. CFlex Pro is suggested for the strongest bond.

3. Allow the adhesive used to apply dots to dry completely before grouting.

4. Cover the dot while installing to keep grout out of the design and prevent scratching of glass products.
