TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the handmade nature of Arizona Hot Dot® products, each tile will show slight inherent variations. Our tiles are intended for wall and floor use, in normal household traffic conditions.

INSPECTION & INSTALLATION: Always inspect your tiles before they are installed, as INSTALLATION SIGNIFIES ACCEPTANCE. Any questions as to the acceptibility must be resolved before installation. For best results when installing Az Hot Dots© use a professional, knowledgeable and experienced installer. Cover all accents while installing to keep grout out of the design. Arizona Hot Dots© will not be responsible for any problems that may arise from the installation or use of our products.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Because all products are custom made to order, Arizona Hot Dots© reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges. Variations from sample tiles, in color or dimensions, are not deemed cause for return. Please examine tiles and accents immediately upon delivery. Arizona Hot Dots© must receive any complaint in writing via fax or e-mail, within 5 days of delivery for returns or exchanges to be considered. Arizona Hot Dots© is not responsible for any damage and or injury resulting from any use or installation of Arizona Hot Dots© products.

LEAD TIME/SHIPPING: All orders will take 2-6 weeks to process, this does not include shipping time. Dichroic Glass products may take 4-6 weeks depending on availability. Prices do not include shipping and handling. All orders will be insured at the purchase price and shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Delivery time is not guaranteed.

PAYMENT: All checks should be made to ‘Arizona Hot Dots’. Orders will not be processed until orders are paid for in full. Checks, Master Card, Visa, and American Express accepted.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made to Arizona Hot Dots® in writing via fax or e-mail within 24 hours of the original order.

CARING FOR BRONZE: Avoid acidic or harsh, abrasive chemicals for cleaning. Also do not use ammonia based cleaning products. Never use steel wool or a scouring pad, this will cause damage to the bronze .

BRONZE FINISHES: All of our bronze tiles are available in these eleven finishes. Subtle variations in color may occur. With any finish, raised artwork will be buffed to a gold polish, see BF09 for color swatch.

CARING FOR PEWTER: Hot Dots® are handcrafted from lead free pewter. This limits tarnishing, but some aging can be expected on all finishes. Each tile has a protective coating, special care should be taken to protect its original condition.

Finishes F104 through F107 can be treated with an additional clear coat of lacquer if original coat wears. Protect the tiles around dots while applying spray. A pewter polish buffed onto the surface also restores luster.

Finish F108 & F109 have a copper plating that has been added to the surface of the pewter. This finish is not recommended for floor use.

To clean, use a soft cotton cloth or sponge, warm soapsuds or gentle dish detergent. Dry immediately after rinsing to eliminate spotting. When cleaning, be careful not to bring dots in contact with acidic or harsh, abrasive chemicals. Never use steel wool or a scouring pad as this will cause damage. Do not use ammonia based cleaning products.

For best results when installing Az Hot Dots®, the following is recommended:

1. Use a professional, knowledgeable and experienced installer.
2. Depending on what type of tile, different types of latex modified thin sets are available. CFlex Pro is suggested for the strongest bond.
3. Allow the adhesive used to apply dots to dry completely before grouting.
4. Cover the dot while installing to keep grout out of the design and prevent scratching of glass products.
